MELBOURNE SAVOUR PASTRY SCHOOL: 3 DAY DESSERT WORKSHOP
ByDay 1 went pretty well and the theme for day 1 was Natural.
Day 2′s program was meant to have plenty of fun for the students to interpret their own platting of SHADES.
We chose 2 colours. Black and white and Tan.

We were also preparing for the dinner and one of the courses is strawberries and sweet milk
there we were splashing 25 plates.
One of my favorite things to do!
it takes a while to get a hang of it and create a uniform pattern.
Day 3: strawberries and sweet milk. Which followed closely to the theme of shades of red













The most important part of the class. Tasting!
It is a practice at 2am for us chefs to eat our own desserts. The entire plate.
