Haw Gummy

While I was on the popsicle idea, I decided to try it with a gummy.
Haw gummy will be served as a petit four in the degustation menu.

The initial batches were a but bland so I added haw paste in the middle to add more flavor.

petit four – The name is from the French petit four, meaning “small oven”. A petit four (plural: petits fours) is a small cake generally eaten at the end of a meal or served as part of dessert.
