Classic Madness

It was 2am.
We had been working hard for the White Card event which will be blogged about soon.
I was hungry and despite working with different types of sugary foods all the time I had a craving for something sweet.
I whined and Chef D came up with this insanely awesome dessert in just 5 mins.
Everything he used was part of a different dessert at the bar.
Of course, looking at the ingredient list, it is hard to imagine what could have gone wrong. But it was Oh so right.
Chocolate Icecream (valrhona 70%), feullitine, toasted marshmallow, macademia nuts, chocolate sauce (pure chocolate 72% araguani), crushed buttery shortbread
It was so good we ran this as chef’s special for the next 3 days.
5mins of brilliance and a sinful satisfaction.
