Chocolate Rocher

Rocher was created specially for last year’s christmas menu.
The inspiration behind this year’s Christmas log cake will be based on the flavors of this dessert.

Chocolate rocher mousse.
Cherry pate in the middle.


Assembly: spray green cocoa butter on the blocks.

Rocher rocks, praline, chocolate, yuzu pastilles, muscavado sand
