A visit to San Sebastian for 2 weeks was most fruitful during my stay in Spain.
I was attached to the kitchen in Arzak and we discovered some amazing techniques for them.
It will soon be featured in our new degustation menu D10: Chocolate and Flowers launching 2nd week of April for the WGS.
